I’m really not a techy person, and I usually expect new software to be annoying or confusing. But BombBomb was easy to get the hang of right away. Recording and sending videos didn’t feel like a hassle, and I wasn’t stuck clicking around forever trying to find things. I was kind of expecting it to be more frustrating than it was, so that was a nice surprise.

I use BombBomb mostly on my phone and it’s been good because recording a quick video and sending it out is simple and I really like getting the alerts when someone actually watches it, but every now and then the app feels a little slow or I have to tap around one extra time to get something to load, so overall I’m happy with it, it’s just got a few small things that could be smoother

I mainly use BombBomb for tracking video emails, and it’s been more useful than I expected. Being able to see opens and engagement stats helps me understand what’s actually getting attention. The only downside is that the reports can be a little slow to load sometimes, which makes it feel clunkier than I’d like. Overall though, it does what I need and has been solid.

I’ve been using the videos for client check-ins, and they definitely make my follow-ups feel warmer and more personal instead of just another boring email. The only thing is, the editing could be easier, because apparently making a quick tweak needs to be more complicated than it should be. Still, it does help me connect with clients better

I’ll be honest, I went back and forth on BombBomb at first because the price felt a little high. There are definitely cheaper video tools out there, and I kept thinking about that every time I looked at the monthly cost.
After using it for a few months though, I can’t really deny that it’s helped. Sending quick videos cuts down on so much back and forth, and my clients actually respond more often. I still complain about the price, and I still wish it were cheaper, but I’m using it all the time.
So yeah, it’s not the lowest-cost option, and I do wish the lower plan included more because that part still annoys me. But for my small business, the value is there, even if I keep grumbling about the cost

Onboarding was super smooth. Compared to other tools I’ve had to learn, this was way less stressful. The training was clear, and the team answered all my random “probably dumb” questions really fast. It made a big difference and helped me feel comfortable right away.

I really wanted to love bombbomb, but the template options felt kinda basic to me. Trying to edit them wasn’t the smoothest either, and I kept running into the same layouts over and over.

It’s still useful for sending quick videos, but I wish there was more flexibility with customization. For the price, I kinda expected more control and less clicking around.
